If your new country attire isn't quite right, simply return it to us in its original packaging for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Fill out the returns form included in your original parcel, indicating whether you would like a refund or an exchange for a different size or color.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely package your items in their original boxes or bags, ensuring all tags remain attached and the product is in its original, sellable condition.

  Affix the Shipping Label

  Attach the provided return shipping label to the outside of your package, making sure to cover or remove any previous delivery barcodes.

  Drop Off and Track

  Take your parcel to your nearest authorized drop-off point and retain your proof of postage until your refund has been processed by our team.
